Tsuzuku Beta
A second Android app from the same hands as Nani-me — smaller, newer, and built around the parts of playback Nani-me cannot reach.
Tsuzuku is built on a library that hands back adaptive streams, separate sub and dub episode lists, and real subtitle tracks — so it can offer playback controls Nani-me has nothing to attach to. In return it has none of the things that simply take time to build, offline downloads first among them. It is in beta: newer, smaller and less proven. Nani-me remains the complete app.

Built for 64-bit devices only — there is no universal APK for this one yet. Tsuzuku installs alongside Nani-me; the two share nothing and do not conflict.
Every Gesture, One Screen
The player is gesture driven. Slide, hold or tap anywhere on the picture — there is no menu to hunt through.
Single tap
Brings the controls up, and puts them away again. Nothing else moves.
Double tap either side
Jumps ten seconds back or forward. Keep tapping and the jumps stack, so four taps really do move you forty seconds — the counter and the picture agree.
Press and hold
Runs at 2× for as long as you hold, anywhere on the picture, and drops back the moment you let go.
Slide on the left
Brightness, and only while you are watching. The player hands the screen back when you leave, so auto-brightness carries on as normal.
Slide on the right
Volume, without reaching for the hardware keys or covering the picture with a system slider.
Lock
Freezes every gesture at once, so a hand across the screen does nothing. Tap it again to bring them back.
Quality, audio track and subtitles sit beside a +85s button in the controls rather than behind a settings gear, and the player stays landscape whichever way the rest of the app is set.
